This was an insightful article. Users completing transactions outside of VR shows VR is still being used as an outside tool in the shopping experience. Whereas in the near future we will have shopping experiences entirely within VR.

Is Shopify working on a means for customers to make purchases while the headset is still on? At least for “VR enabled” ecommerce sites.

A VR user is a captive audience after all. The interruption of removing a headset could be a drop off point in the purchasing process.
