There will always be something to write about in VR.

VR provides an endless opportunity for content creators, considering it’s ability to enhance, emulate, or create any experience known or unknown to mankind.

The challenge to write about VR every day has forced me to consider the implications of VR during my daily life. Walking through the city streets, studying in the library, or quietly writing on my back porch. Wherever I am my mind is under constant thoughts of virtual reality.

The opportunities for VR to add value to our lives is endless.

Those who see the future of VR will attempt to tap into these opportunities before the masses adopt VR. Like any other gold rush there will be winners and losers. Only those who give up after their failures will not find ways to create value with VR.

My 90 day VR experiment is a public documentation of my journey to learn about VR and understand its implications.

You don’t have to be a writer to study this new medium. You don’t have to be a developer to create innovative solutions with VR. You don’t have to know much about technology at all in order to learn about VR’s implications.

To learn about VR, use VR.

By using VR you are creating the mental connections necessary to discover how else VR might be used in our daily lives. The more people we have actively using and questioning VR, the greater value we will see from the technology.

This blog is one voice in a sea of people actively exploring virtual reality.

I encourage anyone interested in learning more about virtual reality to check out my fellow Medium writers and their many unique perspectives on VR. From entertainment to education, virtual reality will change reality for all of us, and it is up to those of us who choose to help build it to ensure a bright future for everyone.

A few VR Medium blogs to ponder:

Deniz ErgürelHaptic.al

Virtual Reality Pop — Popular VR stories from across Medium.

Christophe Tauziet — Social VR at Facebook

This post is for Day 28 of my 90 day VR experiment. Join me here for a daily dose of virtual reality design, gameplay, speculation, and most importantly: adventure.
