There is a book called “Humans are Underrated” by Geoff Colvin, and I highly recommend anyone with an eye to the future to read it. Long story short: women are ideal candidates for many if not all of the jobs of the future. Why? Jobs of the future are inherently human, empathetic, and collaborative. Everything else can be done by a machine.
