Perhaps sparkling water could be used to improve appetites for those who under eat.

After a workout I’m not always the hungriest, but I enjoy a sparkling water as a treat. If this increases my appetite then there could be benefits in terms of muscle gain.

Lo’ and behold plain water wins again.
