Crowdfunding campaign, finding influencers, and (maybe) improving the lives of gamers

So today was one of those reset days. Not as good as a day in a hammock somewhere in nature with a good book to read, but a good day none the less. I am in the midst of a crowdfunding campaign right now for a nutritious breakfast drink that has caffeine, vitamins, and nootropics in it. So far our testers have all loved the stuff, and two of them who have no relation to each other what soever have reported the focus enhancing effects were akin to aderoll. I don’t think I need to explain why that is exciting.

We know we have a good product, and being that the CEO is a chemical engineer who has spent his career in the production facilities that make stuff like this, the logistics are all solid. The only hole in our required skill set at the moment is proper promotion. We did our best to set up press releases, influencers on instagram, and tapping into our friends/family. It’s gone well thus far, but its time for more!

We have samples on the way to three reviewers, all of which write for notable publications. I’ve been told once we get reviewed here the campaign page will explode, but I am not satisfied yet. Don’t count your chickens before they hatch, am I right? So, for the last week I’ve been trolling twitter, reaching out to instagrammers, and recently reaching out to gamers. I am happy to say we have samples on their way to a sizable youtube gamer channel.

The gamer market is the most exciting for me. If I can bring a focus enhancing energy drink to the gamer market that isn’t going to kill them, in fact it will arguably improve their health, well then that’s something I want to do!

The energy drink is called Mobius Breakfast. It is a coconut milk based drink mix including 20g of protein, 100mg of caffeine, 100%+ of many vitamins/minerals, and 4 nootropics at study based levels, not fairy dustings. (nootropics are brain boosting herbs). The current production is dark chocolate flavored, with real cocoa. So on top of our previously listed ingredients, we have chocolate to thank for even more brain effects.

www.MobiusBreakfast.com links to the indiegogo campaign, www.MobiusNutrition.com links to our website with information on the product and its ingredients.

We are planning on a caffeine free version launching early next year, Since caffeine can adversely effect sleep cycles we don’t recommend consuming it past breakfast. (Unless using it as an energy drink and accepting the effects, AKA gamers!) Many of our reviewers want us to take on Soylent, and we believe we can. One reason stands out in particular: No Soy. But more on that later, feel free to google why Soy isn’t great. One word: estrogen.

I could go on about the delays we have ran into, but hey welcome to the world of business! You learn to make due with what you have while always pushing forward. Fun times lay ahead, soon thousands of people will be excited about Mobius and the focus, energy, and nutrition it can bring them, without wasting their time or money on a “full breakfast”. Though I still recommend eating real solid whole food, preferably with no carb fillers.

More on Mobius will come! This is a quickly typed uneddited rant on my current project, hopefully there’s something useful to be drawn from it.

Until next time,
