Could this be used to create a reader/writer application (Medium?) that places text at a distant focal point? That way someone reading/writing for long periods can relieve strain from their eyes, and perhaps train their vision for further distances.

I know this is possible in VR, and I was very happy to stumble upon your project here. Once the display resolution is more palpable I hope to spend some time writing/reading in VR.

While the idea of writing a blog post on the side of a mountain far away sounds interesting, I believe there may be practical applications such as relieving eye strain and training vision.
